Kevin has been a licensed real estate agent since 1979 and joined Empire Realty Associates in October 2007 after spending 13 years at Pacific Union. Kevin has extensive knowledge in the residential market and has served as an expert witness in court cases and arbitrations involving standard of care issues. He has REO experience selling bank properties and has done extensive corporate relocation work for transferring sellers and buyers.

Personal

Kevin is a native San Franciscan and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of San Francisco in 1977. He has been a San Ramon Valley resident since 1980. Kevin and his wife live in Dublin and own 4 local properties. He is an avid athlete and competitor in many sports, such as swimming, skiing, biking and triathlon. He has completed the Alcatraz swim to San Francisco twice and has ridden the "Death Ride", tour of the California Alps 6 times, along with many triathlons.
